Several updates to the HealthConnect mobile app
Adding an option for users to get a glimpse of the new “skin” or look. This will be the first time users can click on and see what the new design is like. No one has to do this but it’ll be available. Not every screen is completed but most are and we’ll be interested in receiving comments on the new look and feel. There are a number of design changes already identified so it’s far from a finished work
Several upgrades to our IVR system, including the ability to record open ended text responses and have those translated from speech to text
An equipment management/inventory section

Provider Contact "Include in Contacts API?" Flag - A new flag labeled "Include in Contacts API" has been added to the provider contact detail screen. This flag determines if this provider contact will be included in the TouchPointCare API Contacts procedure. The Contacts API returns the list of provider contacts. Uncheck this setting if you would not like this provider contact to be included in the list.
Foreign Characters in IVR Fix - Fixed an issue where special characters used in non-english languages would result in garbled language/pronunciation.

Alerts for Vitals Non-Compliance - TouchPointCare now supports the ability to create alerts when a participants does not take vitals readings within a specified amount of time. The alerts are customizable by group, vital, and time frame. To access this new screen, use the "Manag Questions" -> "Manage Alerts for Vitals Non-Compliance" menu.

Participant Profile - The "Event Date" field has been removed. Appointments on the "Appointments" tab of the profile should now be used.
Reminder TouchPoints - Reminder TouchPoints have been updated to provide the option to use the appointments from the participant profile instead of the former "Event Date".
MobileHelp Device ID - Support is now provided to assign a MobileHelp Device ID to the participant. This new field is located on the "Devices" tab of the participant profile. Note: Support for accepting vital readings from MobileHelp Devices is coming in the soon to be released version 1.17 of the TouchPointCare API.

Communication Center/Call Agent Comments Icon - A new "Add Comment" icon has been added to the bottom right of each question on the live call agent screens. Upon clicking the Add Comment button, the comment box will appear to allow the agent to enter the necessary comments.

The following is a list of enhancements included in this release ...

Chronic Care Management (CCM) - A new module has been added to the TouchPointCare application to support Chronic Care Management (CCM). Once activated (contact your TouchPointCare representative), a new tab labeled CCM is added to the participant profile. This new tab provides the following new features:
- Care Plan - New care plan specific fields (top concerns to fix, barriers to improving health, symptoms, health care providers, support groups, medications, etc.)
- Care Plan Files - Ability to upload care plan specific files to the participant profile
- Medications - Ability to upload medication specific files as well as store the participant's pharmacy
- TouchPoints - Direct access to the participant's TouchPoint list.
- Assign to Groups - Direct access to assign a participant to a group / TouchPointCare program.
- CCM Activity - Tracks the amount of time a care provider has spent conducting chronic care management for the participant. CCM time is tracked while a care provider is workign with a participant's profile or conducting a TouchPointCare schduled event.
Medication Therapy Management (MTM) - A new module has been added to the TouchPointCare application to support Medicati Therapy Management (MTM). Once activated (contact your TouchPointCare representative), a new tab labeled MTM is added to the participant profile. The functionality provided matches that described for CCM above.
Hub Imported Vital Sign Questions - TouchPointCare clients can now select a question from the question library to be used when importing vital sign data from a hub device. For example, you can now assign a question to use for all hub imported weight/blood glucose/blood pressure/oxygen saturation/etc vitals data.

The following is a list of enhancements and bug fixes in this release:

Enhancement - The Alert emails were updated to include the timezone of the particpipant. Formerly, the alert time displayed on the emails was always in CT but did not include a timezone. The updated version will include timezone as shown in the following example: 01/08/2015 05:30 PM ET
Bug Fix - Vitals data imported from a Qualcomm 2Net hub that is transferred to TouchPointCare in clusters of more than one reading will now be processed successfully.

API Release 1.13

The following is a list of enhancements and bug fixes in this release:

New Results API - The following two new API endpoints have been created to retrieve participant responses as well as post results:
- GET - This method will return patient response data for the given date range (from/to date).
- POST - This method allows a provider to add data results to the TouchPointCare repository. To post a result to TouchPointCare: (1) Authenticate and get a token as described in the "Getting Started" section of this guide. (2) Post the results data in the JSON or XML format described below.
